Chris Farrell Membership Terms & Conditions
I am delighted to invite all members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer (of which there are hundreds).
But I must require that we all abide by certain rules so that no one’s rights are stepped on.
Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access.
Terms of Use
- 24 HOUR LOCK OUTS.
Please do not share your logon passwords and user names. This system is designed to detect sharing immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs in using the same username and password and/or from multiple devices/locations. Some members have shared their membership details and have found themselves locked out. If multiple devices login WITH THE SAME PASSWORD/LOGIN NAME – you will be AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED OUT. You will not be able to log back in for 24 hours. Repeated lock outs can result in account termination. The lock out feature is to prevent the sharing of account details.
This LOCK OUT feature can also be activated accidentally – if you do NOT log out of a session – and then attempt to log back in later the same day. The general rule of thumb is – please get into the very good habit of clicking on LOGOUT when you have finished your session. You can obviously log out and log in as many times as you like during the day. If you feel that you have been locked out accidentally (don’t worry – it happens!) – then please click here to submit a ticket and we will unlock your account. - Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content, images or video training presented on this site – unless you have permission. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy/download my content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of content, trademarks, video training and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don’t violate our copyright.
- If you have hosting provided by Chris Farrell Hosting (no longer offered), please note the Hosting Terms & Conditions below.
- No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in signature areas. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.
- Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
- Treat other members with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the forums. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any member is allowed.
- Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. We strongly disapproves flaming.
- When you post content in the forum, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis in any form or fashion we see fit.
- Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the forums.
- The team at ChrisFarrellMembership have no mandate to edit or to monitor messages posted on this site’s forum, but we do have the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not chrisfarrellmembership.com. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, or even have their subscriptions terminated.
- Please note the definition of ‘free techie help’. We will do everything to assist with any problems you may have. We will gladly answer questions through the Forum and even personally to help you resolve your issue. But free techie help does not mean things such as ‘building a website for you, installing a WordPress site for you’ etc. For all intents and purposes – free techie help is defined as free help and advice given in response to questions asked in the Forum – and in the many hundreds of free training classes we hold (via webinars – web TV broadcasts – training videos, etc., etc.).
- CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP. Cancellation. You are of course able to cancel at any time and owe nothing. If you cancel during the first 7 days of membership – you will only be charged the $4.95 you paid immediately upon joining. After 7 days you are automatically enrolled into the $37/month price plan. For the purposes of this site – all months are seen as 30 days – therefore your payment will be debited every 30 days. PLEASE NOTE: Canceling is extremely easy. You can cancel and owe nothing further. To cancel all you have to do is review the cancellation process available in the menu on EVERY PAGE of the Membership Site.
- Please note that web hosting is only available for existing active members on the yearly plan – and will therefore be deactivated upon cancellation of your membership. Please therefore make sure you transfer your filer to your new host BEFORE you cancel. However….
- …out of courtesy – if you have hosting with this site and you cancel your membership – we WILL keep your hosting active for an additional two weeks. This is to allow you time to transfer your hosting. After these 14 days the hosting will be deactivated. For a full list of Terms and Condition re the HOSTING – please visit the HOSTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS below.
- If you cancel and then rejoin, your hosting will be terminated, and we will remove/delete your hosting account.
- A. Refunds in whole or in part are not given for either current or prior months membership. For example, if you canceled 20 days into your current 30 day cycle – you would not be due a refund for ’10 days worth pro-rated’ of membership. Likewise, if you did not access your account for a period of time, even though your billing continued, you are not due a retroactive refund for “unused membership”. It’s your responsibility to cancel if you’re not using your membership.
- B. Cancellations are processed Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. U.S. Central time, holidays excluded. Please submit your cancellation request at least 2 business days before your next billing due date. For example, if your billing date falls on Wednesday and you wish to cancel, please submit your cancellation request no later than 3:00 p.m. the previous Monday, US central time. If your billing date falls on Sunday, please submit your cancellation request no later than 3:00 p.m. the previous Thursday. If the “submit by” date is a holiday, then please allow one additional business day. This gives us time to process your request before your next billing cycle begins.
- C. Upon cancellation – you will still have access to this site – until the date that your next payment would have been due. For example – if you canceled 10 days into your billing cycle – you would still be able to access this site for the next 20 days.
- Members are not allowed to join through their own affiliate link. This is taken very seriously and anyone attempting to do this will be instantly barred and face a lifetime ban from joining.
- You may not be a ‘serial trial member’ - meaning that you cannot repeatedly join at the trial rate and then cancel and rejoin. You may be banned for this activity and reported to ClickBank.
- Exchange Rate – for non U.S. members. The price for trial and monthly membership to this site is set in U.S. Dollars. If you are not in the U.S. – you will be billed at your local currency (i.e. the U.S. price will be exchanged to your currency). Any transaction involving a currency conversion is completed at a daily adjusted foreign exchange rate determined by our payment processor (and a wholesale foreign currency provider that the processor uses). This exchange rate may be higher than the wholesale interbank rate to cover the costs of obtaining and managing the currency. We do not control the exchange rate and have no influence or these values.

Chris Farrell Hosting Terms & Conditions
Chris Farrell Membership – Hosting Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
Hello!
We are happy to offer existing yearly plan members hosting for the duration of their membership at ChrisFarrellMembership.com ! ( this offer is no longer available to new or upgrading members )
We want your hosting experience here, and that of all members, to be an easy and pleasant one. By using this service, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and will comply with the following Hosting Terms of Service (TOS) and Hosting Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), both contained in this document.
In addition, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and will comply with our server provider’s Acceptable Use Policies (http://www.servint.net/policies.php ) and Terms of Service ( http://www.servint.net/termsofservice.php ) as well. Everything stated in our provider’s policies and terms of service noted above flows through to you, the end user, and you must agree to abide by them as well in order to use the service. We reserve the right to refuse hosting service to anyone. Material that, in our view, is obscene, threatening, illegal, hateful, violent, or violates our terms of service or acceptable use policies in any way may be removed from our servers, or public view of the offending material suspended, with or without notice.
Please bear in mind that Chris Farrell Membership hosting is intended to help new marketers get started with their online business without additional expense for hosting. For that reason, we primarily expect to host, and are best prepared to host, the types of websites that new marketers may feel most comfortable with – primarily optin pages, sales letters with product purchase and delivery mechanisms, niche content sites, and manually maintained WordPress blogs. We will make every commercially reasonable effort to provide server disk space and network bandwidth to accommodate such sites, as long as they are in compliance with our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
While we do offer Fantastico, which allows for easy script installation of many commonly used scripts, we cannot provide support for most of those scripts that are available (beyond WordPress). There are individual support forums for such scripts, and any questions on use or problems should be addressed there.
We don’t want to restrict your business. So please understand that this may not be the best place to host potential server-intensive applications such as OS Commerce, Magento, CS-Cart, and many other shopping carts, as well as Joomla, Drupal, Delavo, social media sites, busy forums, media distribution, and many other applications commonly used by the Internet Marketing Community, including some scripts found in Fantastico. Our free hosting is not intended to support, and cannot support, the server resource demands of large companies, and any applications such as those above, which are better suited to run on a dedicated server. In addition, we cannot support traffic that is driven artificially through sources such as safe lists, hit exchanges, autosurf, paid to surf, link exchanges, toolbars, and other mass traffic techniques & services, whether paid or free. If you plan to use those types of services to drive traffic to some or all of your sites, then please do not host those sites here. Specific popular services that aren’t allowed include, but are not limited to: trafficadbar.com, easyhits4u.com, entwined.com, adf.ly, and listjoe.com. There are many others however – please see a more comprehensive, but still not necessariliy complete, list here. Please note that if you use these services here, in violation of our terms of service, we may block those services and others as referrers from either your hosting account, and/or server-wide, at any time. If you have purchased traffic from one of these services, and we block that service as a referring web site, we are not responsible for any monetary or other loss you may incur.
While we are happy to host any number of your domains that you own and control (unless your hosting agreement restricts this), without artificially imposed bandwidth, processor, or process limitations, we do reserve the right to impose such limitations on a per-member or per-site basis, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion. This is to protect the integrity and operational efficiency of the server and network for all members.
With that in mind, please observe and abide by the following rules, terms of use, acceptable use policies, and limitations:
1) Please submit hosting account requests using the ticket system at http://www.chrisfarrellsupport.com/ – please be sure to select the Hosting Account Setup form. We need the domain name you wish to host – but we don’t need the “www” or “http://” portion of the domain. Please include the top level domain (such as .com, .net, .co.uk, .com.au, etc.) Please be certain you submit a valid, and active, domain that you own and control. We will not set up hosting accounts for domains that are not registered. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you submit your ticket for hosting account setup ( but it will usually be completed within a few hours at most). Your hosting details will be sent to you by email. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder in case your ISP or email software routed it there.
2a) Should you cancel your membership at Chris Farrell Membership, all of your hosting accounts will be canceled as well. We will provide at least a 14 day grace period after your cancellation date to allow you time to move your domains hosted here to another hosting provider if you wish. We will make a reasonable effort to contact you regarding this matter upon cancellation. Your files and databases are subject to deletion at any time after the 14 day grace period, and it is your responsibility to make arrangements for your files and databases, whether we are able to contact you or not. We are not able to assist in the file transfer process to other hosting – you will need to make your own arrangements for outbound site transfer.
2b) If you cancel and then rejoin, note that your hosting account will be terminated and deleted.
3) We are unable to offer file and database transfers of existing live websites in to the hosting service we offer here (inbound transfers). The main reason for this is that such transfers tend to take a lot of time, which unduly delays other members’ ticket requests. Inbound site transfers, often limited, are offered by some paid hosting firms. Remember, we are offering a hosting service to certain Chris Farrell Membership members, and so are unable to offer this service in that context. We encourage you to find a freelance webmaster services provider to handle this task for you, if you aren’t comfortable with it yourself.
4) All domains that we host must be owned and controlled by you, the member. Please do not submit hosting requests, or create add-on domains, for friends, family members, coworkers, clients, etc. As hosting is a service offered only to members of Chris Farrell Membership, any violations of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of all hosting accounts that have been requested by the member in question. Please do not get offended if, in enforcing this policy, we occasionally ask questions to clarify the nature of your relationship with a particular domain that you have requested that we host here.
5a) Chris Farrell Hosting does not provide backups of your websites, databases, and related services. Your use of our service is at your sole risk. Backups of your websites are completely your responsibility. Please watch our video on Cpanel backups, or search Youtube for “Cpanel Backup”. We are not responsible for file or data loss or corruption due to your failure to make appropriate backups. If you are running WordPress at any of your sites, please watch our video on how to install and use the free backup plugin that we recommend. The link is available in the members area of CFM.
5b) Hacked Sites – It’s important to follow good security measures in order to prevent hacked websites in the first place. This is especially important with sites built with WordPress. Please see our information inside the CFM members area.
- Note that we aren’t able to provide hacked website recovery service. This means your site, if hacked, will need to be restored from a backup, if you want to keep your existing work to date. Otherwise you will need to make arrangements to have the hacked files at your sites cleaned / replaced, at your expense. This is a specialized service and will almost certainly require additional payment if you want to keep the work you’ve done on your site(s).
- As noted above, backups are your responsibility. If you are using static HTML files, you should keep a copy of your working site files available on your local computer or other backup option. If you are using WordPress, please see our recommendation for a free backup plugin inside the CFM members area.
- You are also free to start over from the beginning with any of your sites that may get hacked if you choose. Please request this through the ticket system, and we will remove your existing site files and database.
- Hacked sites will automatically be suspended until arrangements can be made for recovery or deletion. This is because while a hacked site is active, it can continue to infect visitors with malware, send spam emails, or undertake other activities the hackers have added. Note that your entire hosting account will be suspended – not just hacked sites. This is due to the add-on domain structure we use, where it’s not possible to suspend just a single domain. We are not responsible for any monetary or other loss you may incur while your site(s) are suspended.
6) If any application, PHP or otherwise, or traffic source, starts to cause server problems due to security, memory resource usage, etc., we reserve the right, entirely at our discretion, to disable the offending application or traffic source until a solution can be implemented. Any such solution is your responsibility to find and implement. To protect all members, we can’t allow any one server application to negatively impact server performance or security for everyone else. Particularly troublesome, very often, are WordPress plugins that allow 3rd parties to access your WordPress installation, through CURL for example. Such plugins are highly discouraged, as they are among the first things we look at when determining which processes are constantly consuming more than their fair share of server resources, especially server memory.
7) We don’t allow autoresponder, list manager, or other bulk mailer software to be installed or used in any way. In addition you may not use software such as blog or forum software to send mass email, even if the software is available for installation through Fantastico. Those create too many risks all the way around for all of our members. We reserve the right to remove, and will remove 100% of the time, any such software as we find it, including WordPress plugins, from your sites at any time and without notice. Standalone mailer examples include, but aren’t limited to, ListMailPro, ARPReach, AutoresponsePlus, ActiveCampaign, DadaMail, PHPList, and InterSpire Mailer. Similar WordPress plugins, include, but aren’t limited to, WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin, SendPress, Wysija Newsletters, MyMail, Newsletter, and MailPress.
8) We don’t allow server-based services such as linking services, FFA, statistics tracking services, file-sharing etc. You can promote those things, but you may not run the services themselves on our server.
9) Any script (PHP or otherwise) that opens, or attempts to open, large security holes, or tries to access other users’ files, will be suspended / removed right away.
10) Any site hosted here that is found to contain a virus or any other malware will be suspended and isolated until the offending software is removed. Removal is your responsibility.
11) We do not allow hosting of warez sites, nor any site that is illegal or promotes or advocates anything illegal, or sites that advocate hatred or violence in any form. We do not allow hosting of hard core porn sites, nor promotion of hard core porn sites. This prohibition specifically includes, but is in no way limited to, child pornography, and sites linking to or otherwise promoting child pornography or anything perceived to be, or intended to be perceived as, child pornography. All sites that appear to be violating child pornography laws or any other laws will be reported to the proper authorities. Sites promoting “adult novelties” or “adult toys” and items of a similar nature are generally allowed, at the sole discretion of Chris Farrell Hosting. All hosting accounts offered by Chris Farrell Hosting may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of California and the United States of America will apply. You agree that in the event of any legal action, the courts of Los Angeles County, California, USA will have sole jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris Farrell, Chris Farrell Hosting, and their employees, contractors, vendors, associates, affiliates, and business partners from any claims resulting from the use of our hosting service.
12) Types of sites specifically banned include, but are not limited to, autosurf, ptc, pts, and ppc sites, bank debentures and bank debenture trading programs, banner ad services (commercial banner ad rotation), brute force programs/scripts/applications, commercial audio streaming, escrow and bank debentures, file dump and mirror scripts, forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez, keygens, etc., pirated, and/or illegal content, fraudulent sites, hacker oriented sites, archives, and programs, hateful, racist, harassment, or violence oriented sites, high-yield interest programs (hyip) or related sites, image hosting scripts and services, investment sites of an MLM or tiered nature, ip scanners, irc scripts, bots, and servers, lottery sites, mail bomb and spam scripts, mailer pro, muds, rpgs, and pbbgs, pirated software and warez sites, prime banks programs, proxy scripts and anonymizers, sale or promotion of controlled substances, sites promoting illegal activities, and topsites.
13) Chris Farrell Hosting may disclose any member information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the member upon lawful request from such agencies. Chris Farrell Hosting cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
14) We encourage all members to create or purchase unique, original, quality content for use on their sites. We take copyright protection very seriously, and will fully investigate all DMCA ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act ) complaints we receive. Those accused of DMCA violations will have an opportunity to present their side of the complaint to Chris Farrell Hosting. Members that we deem in violation will have a reasonable opportunity to remove the claimed offending content. Second time DMCA offenders may have all of their hosting accounts here suspended, then closed permanently, after a 7 day period to allow for a backup of all website files. This action will be at the sole discretion of Chris Farrell Hosting. Copyright infringement includes, but isn’t limited to, unauthorized copying of copyrighted intellectual property including art, written works, and audio or visual works. We do not allow sites that promote counterfeit merchandise, nor links to such sites.
15) We reserve the right to inspect and monitor any and all websites hosted with us to ensure compliance with our terms of service and acceptable use policies, to inspect for proper security precautions, to help with monitoring server and network operations, and for other lawful purposes. During our inspections and monitoring, some or all data on websites hosted here may be recorded or copied as needed. Your use of Chris Farrell Hosting services indicates your consent to such monitoring. We reserve the right to require changes to any web site, database, script, or other website component that does not comply with our terms and policies. We also reserve the right to make any such website changes and modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion.
16) Abuse of Chris Farrell Hosting team members will not be tolerated, whether by email, support ticket, or in the membership forum. Such activity could result in suspension or termination of your hosting accounts, or possibly denial of all future hosting account requests.
17) Chris Farrell Hosting shall not be responsible for damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the hosting service and related services we provide. Chris Farrell Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Chris Farrell Hosting and its employees, contractors, vendors, and agents.
18) Users may not store credit card numbers, social security numbers, or other sensitive financial and personal data on their websites hosted here, whether in a database or not, and whether collected through a secure form or not. Those members who use their own payment processing and delivery systems installed on their websites in particular need to be very careful with this.
19) We have zero tolerance towards sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and any other activity perceived as spam. So-called safe lists and purchased lists are considered spam. Any hosting service user who emails spam will have their hosting accounts suspended or terminated without notice. You may also not host sites on our server that have been advertised using spam techniques. For the protection of all our members, any hosting account activity which results in our IP addresses being blacklisted will be suspended or terminated without notice.
20) It is the account holder’s responsibility to be sure that any scripts and programs installed to your website(s) are secure, that permissions are set properly and at the minimum level needed to run, and that your scripts and programs don’t consume excessive server or network resources. Please safeguard all of your user names and passwords, make your passwords difficult to guess, and change your passwords often. These are very basic security measures that you need to follow. You, as the account holder, are ultimately responsible for any processes, security issues, or resource issues generated by or from your hosting account(s).
21) Your hosting is provided by Chris Farrell Hosting. This is a separate company that I have created purely to offer hosting here. A few have asked if this has anything to do with Hostgator. No – the hosting here has nothing to do with Hostgator. I have purchased a dedicated server provided by one of the highest rated hosting companies called Servint (http://www.servint.net) Immediate support is from the team here at Chris Farrell Membership – but we are backed up by 247 by Servint. That means they have Full redundancy, Hot-swap drives for zero downtime during drive failure. All the stuff behind the scenes to ensure quality, uninterrupted hosting. If you needed your own dedicated server in the future then that would not be included with the free hosting. For a dedicated server you’d be better off to find someone who specializes in this (like Servint for example). Unlimited hosting means an unlimited number of accounts – there’s no artificial limit to the number of hosting accounts you can request. But like all hosts, we have to ask that everyone hosting here respect the terms of service, which covers resource, server performance, and disallowed website limitations. Note that we have several geographically distributed team members who can act as server administrators. This is to help ensure continuity of hosting services.
22) Unlimited hosting (if included in your plan) means that you can request an unlimited number of hosting accounts, up to your disk space allocation. It does not mean that you can use these hosting accounts to back up/save files or store unnecessary large data files. Please see below for further clarification on this.
23) Hosting accounts aren’t intended for personal file storage (such as personal MP3 and JPG files), PC backup files, etc. Please do not use your hosting accounts for this purpose, or they will be subject to suspension until the problem is corrected. If a video or MP3 file is part of your product or marketing efforts, then it is certainly fine to host here. We do ask that if you have a considerable number of video files, and/or if you experience significant amounts of traffic watching your videos constantly, that you host those elsewhere – we recommend Amazon’s S3 service which is designed specifically for that purpose. As with software applications, we can’t allow any single user to constantly negatively affect server performance, security, or stability.
24) Chris Farrell Membership reserves the right to decline hosting. This may be due to the subject matter of the website – or due to the fact that on the very rare occasion a request for unreasonable hosting is made (ie websites that are over 1GB). The full unlimited hosting on this site is aimed at marketers with web pages and blogs, not extensive websites with complex databases and applications. Each hosting request is individually reviewed – over 99% of hosting requests are granted.
26) WordPress Plug Ins: While not the only website components that may cause problems, please pay special attention to the plugins and themes you use on your WordPress sites. In particular, any plugins that connect with remote servers to add content to your WordPress site — such as RSS, articles, eBay & Amazon product listings, tagging, traffic generation, and WordPress remote site maintenance plugins — may cause resource usage problems. Also note the prohibition of autoresponder / list manager / mass email plugins in item 7 above. WordPress themes often are designed to display your recent Twitter posts, Facebook updates, RSS news, and so on, and those all may also cause problems. Please be very careful in your use of this type of software, as usually the only way to correct the problems they may cause is to either deactivate them, remove the offending code from the theme files, or host the site elsewhere. If you do wish to host a WordPress Site that has a lot of plug ins – we recommend using a hosting company such as Hostgator.com. More on this in the video below:
27) While we are happy to host any number of your domains (if your plan includes this) that you own and control within your 1GB disk space allocation, without artificially imposed restraints on bandwidth, processor, or process limitations, we do reserve the right to impose such limitations on a per-member or per-site basis, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
This is to protect the integrity and operational efficiency of the server and network for all members.
28) If any application, PHP or otherwise, starts to cause server problems due to security, memory resource usage, etc., we reserve the right, entirely at our discretion, to disable the offending application until a solution can be implemented. Any such solution is your responsibility to find and implement.
To protect all members, we can’t allow any one server application to negatively impact server performance or security for everyone else.
Particularly troublesome, very often, are WordPress plugins that access other websites, through CURL as one example. Such plugins are highly discouraged, as they are among the first things we look at when determining which processes are constantly consuming more than their fair share of server resources, especially server memory. Specific plugins that we know cause problems, and cannot allow, are:
WP Mage, WP Robot, Unique Articles, AutoContentCash.com Plugins (auto-content-answers, auto-content-video, etc.), DataFeedr, TubePress, WP O Matic, WPVT Poster, YAAB (Yet Another Auto Blogger), along with any other “auto content” or “content generation” plugin
This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list.
Other plugins may cause problems.
Also, there are many other types of websites running on software that automatically retrieve content in the same way as described above. These should also be consider part of the above list.
29) Unlimited hosting means that you have a single “primary” hosting account, with a 1 gigabyte disk space allocation, and that you can create unlimited additional add-on domains, up to your primary hosting account disk space allocation. It does not mean that you can use your hosting account to back up/save files or store unnecessary large data files.
These terms of service and acceptable use policies are subject to change from time to time, so please be sure to review them regularly. Your continued use of our hosting service indicates your acceptance of all new and changed terms of service and acceptable use policies, along with those previously published and unchanged.
If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please submit them in a ticket at http://www.chrisfarrellsupport.com/ . If you believe any sites we are hosting violate any laws or any of these terms and policies, please contact us at the same location.
Current Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service Effective Date December 23, 2014
